Off Grid Solar

Off Grid Solar Systems are not connected to mains power. This system is completely relay on its own generators and batteries to store the generated electricity by solar system. Only these charged batteries are the source of electricity because no external power grid is connected. In case of cloudy season or night time only charged batteries provide electricity. In such system the generated power by solar panel are first used by load, after fulfilling load’s requirement the batteries are charged. Later at night time or cloudy day the charged batteries fulfil requirement of load. Off grid is completely isolated solar system. It is useful for remote locations where no electricity is available.

Requirement for Off Grid System:

• Solar panels and a suitable solar mounting system,
• Off grid solar inverter(s),
• Solar power controller and batteries,
• Solar cables and MC4 connectors,
• AC and DC safety isolator switches, and
• Grounding earth cables and clamps.
